Frequently Asked Questions

To secure a property/room you need to pay a 1 week holding deposit
to our bank account. You can find the bank details in the main menu
(Properties => Make A Payment).

If the tenant changes his/her mind and does not sign the contract
within 7 days (maximum) or reference check is not satisfied, then the
Holding Deposit will be non-refundable.
If City Spare Lodge changes its mind not to offer the room/property
anymore for some reasons, then we will refund the holding deposit.
If the tenant signs the agreement, then the holding deposit will be
adjusted with the total payable amount.

Yes, we do secure deposits in ‘My Deposit scheme.
